Sun or the great god Surya is known as the visible God / pratyaksha divam. Sun is universally accepted God in all religions. Any one can worship the God Surya irrespective of their religion, race and place.

HOW TO PERFORM SURYA NAMASKARAM?
After morning bath stand with water and DHAKSHINAVRUTH SANKHAM by facing the great Sun. Chant Surya graha mantram in mind.
