After morning bath stand with water and DHAKSHINAVRUTH SANKHAM by facing the great Sun. Chant Surya graha mantram in mind.

By chanting the above surya graha mantra, take the water into the DHAKSHINAVRUTH SANKHAM and drop down as shown in above video for three times. Click on above image to play the video.
